摘要

靜脈輸液是兒科臨床中最常用的治療方法之一，特別是在危急重癥患兒的搶救治療過

程中占有重要的地位。隨著醫學科技的飛速發展。靜脈留置針因其操作簡單，套管柔軟，套管在

靜脈內留置時間長且不易穿破血管的特點特點在兒科中的應用尤為顯示出它的優越性。本文通過

對我院兒科

例使用靜脈留置針的患兒進行臨床觀察護理，發現存在的問題，并進行分析，探

索出有效的應對措施。從而保證靜脈留置針在兒科安全有效的使用。
